Refund policy

Returns

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or if you simply change your mind. 

However in case of a damaged product, lost shipment, or a manufacturing error, we offer either a replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. 

Policies around higher value limited editions has not been established yet, this policy does not apply. 

International customers we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

If you are an international customer and in this situation, contact us anyways. We always want to try to rectify a situation.

Ghoul Attic reserves the right to accept or decline refunds at its discretion. Your refund is not accepted until Ghoul Attic confirms acceptance. 

Please get in touch with us via the contact page or email gorgegeorgegorge@gmail.com and provide the order number, as well as a clear photo showing the issue. 

Refund on postage has not been established. Nor can we refund any original payment processing fees that Shopify may take.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We have no control over this unfortunately but will work as fast as we can.
